Return & Exchange

You may request for a return /exchange/refund/ replacement within 7 days of delivery. Leave a request on customer service email: 5171creations@gmail.com.

When is your order eligible for product returns, exchange, replacement, or refund?

  • When your received order is damaged, defective or tampered
  • Unexpected fit, color or style
  • You ordered one thing, but got something else

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate a refund (refund will be initiated in-store credit) after successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. 

The expected timelines are as below:

*For Prepaid/COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you. You will get a refund on store credit with no time limits or you can get exchange or replace the product.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at 5171creations@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
